Build an ABA Program from the Ground Up – Columbus, OH

Opal Springs Behavioral Health is expanding into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and is seeking passionate clinicians to help us build a high-quality, ethical program from the ground up.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans 
• Supervise and support RBTs/Behavior Technicians 
• Play a key role in developing program structure and clinical standards 

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services 
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision 
• Work in home, community, and/or clinic-based settings 

• BCBA: $70–$90/hour (based on experience) 
• RBT/Behavior Technician: $18–$25/hour 

• Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or contract)
